A.H. Sturgill Roofing, Inc. was started over 20 years ago by Allen Sturgill, who has an extensive personal background in the installation of most roofing systems. As a former foreman, repairman, and sheet metal worker he understands the issues that customers experience from personal background. He has applied that knowledge into a company policy to give every customer a pleasant, quick, and uneventful roofing operation.
That policy extends to the entire staff of A.H. Sturgill Roofing, Inc. as well. All of our field employees, supervisors, estimators, and support staff all have the same goal; to do what is best for the customer. We wouldn’t do anything less.
As mentioned on our home page, our quality rating with our manufacturers is within the top
2% in the Nation. This is something that is not easy to accomplish, and is indicative of the effort we put into our work. Our employees are all properly trained and regularly attend advanced training classes for our various manufacturers.
Customer Satisfaction Formula
Allen Sturgill has developed a formula for approaching every customer that matches the proper roof solution with their building and budget.
Part 1: Assessment Phase
When we are contacted we first discuss the situation with the customer to get an idea of what your problems are, what your budget is, and what you are looking for out of your roofing system. We then do a complete roof inspection to find out exactly what is on your roof, what factors are coming into play, and what repairs or systems will be ideal for the building.
Part 2: Design Phase
During this step we take the information we gathered during the assessment phase to develop an ideal roofing solution. This could be a simple repair, a restoration, or a complete re-roof depending on the situation. The system itself will also be determined by our gathered information. There are dozens of roof systems and manufacturers, all with their own strengths and weaknesses, so we strive to use the system that works best for each building.
Part 3: Preconstruction Phase
At the beginning of this phase we deliver a report and proposal to the customer to discuss the solutions we have come up with. This report has a roof analysis, pictures, AutoCAD drawings, design details, and any options in a proposal to solve your roofing problems. We will take our time to inform you of what has gone into our analysis and let you make a completely informed decision. After a decision is made we then take the time to discuss with you every detail of the upcoming project. We will pay special attention to your operation and what we need to do to assure that we are not an interruption or causing any problems within your operation. Installing a roof over your business can be a very stressful thing to go through, and we work hard to eliminate these problems.
Part 4: Installation Phase
During this step we take everything we have done to this point and put it into action. Our highly trained employees work hard to not be a disruption and do their job perfectly. Whether it’s a repair or a full roof replacement you will always be informed as to what is going on, how progress is going, and if there have been any unusual conditions found. During this phase we also will maintain a very clean job site so that our presence is as unnoticeable as possible, and take great care to preserve anything we are working around. We are very experienced working around sensitive equipment, older structures, and decorative walls so we know what it takes to protect your valuable building and equipment.
Part 5: Closing Phase
During this phase we will do a final cleanup of the site and discuss the job with you. We also provide you with any warranties if applicable and explain the maintenance details of what we have done so you know what to expect in the future. We take pride in learning from each project in order to do the next one even better.
